Bio
Caitlen Politz is a dedicated and compassionate paralegal having worked over a decade in the area of family law. She brings both experience and empathy to every case she assists with. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, Caitlen began her career in the legal field as a legal assistant and quickly discovered her passion for helping others. She finds great fulfillment in being part of a team that supports families and individuals through some of life’s most difficult transitions. Her calm nature and genuine desire to help others make her a valued part of the firm.
After working as a legal assistant, Caitlen moved to the public sector and served as a supervisor in the civil and family department of the Collin County District Clerk’s Office, continuing to hone her skills in the legal field. That experience provided her with valuable insight into the inner workings of the court system and deepened her understanding of the legal process from the public side. Today, she continues that work in the private sector, helping guide clients with the same patience and knowledge.
Originally from Arlington, Caitlen now lives in Farmersville with her husband and their son. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, art, catching up on her favorite shows, and spending time with friends and family.
